CANCELLATIONS

Tattoo

To accommodate our clients and staff, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations within this time frame or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit (deposit will not be taken for Laser clients). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Piercing

To accommodate our clients and staff, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations within this time frame or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit (deposit will not be taken for Laser clients). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

LATE ARRIVALS

Out of consideration for our clients and staff, please be aware that clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointments will not receive service and will forfeit their booking deposit. Thanks for your understanding.

PHOTO ID REQUIREMENT

For all studio services, a government-issued photo ID such as a Driver's License, Passport, or Personal Information Card is mandatory. ID is mandatory for all clients visiting the studio for a service.

Minors Documentation to bring to your appointment:

Parent/Guardian identification

Your first and last name must match the information on your child’s birth certificate, guardianship paperwork or any legal documents related to a name change.

Child Birth Certificate and Photo identification

Child photo ID can be:

school ID, state ID, passport, school yearbook with child’s name, student portal
